Made with barley from Pioneer Malting (Rochester, NY), wheat from New York Craft Malt (Batavia, NY), and rye & hops from Willet Hop & Grain (Willet, NY).

The genesis of the beer you’re holding in your hand was pretty simple. We asked ourselves, “What if a beer tasted like an oatmeal raisin cookie?” The answer to our rhetorical question was to add raisins, lactose and cinnamon to Maduro, our English-style Brown Ale, a beer that showcases flavors of caramel, toffee and chocolate. The combination of the base beer and the additional ingredients resulted in a beer that tastes like it was baked in Grandma’s oven.

Too extreme to be called beer? 120 Minute IPA is brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops!

This titanic, immensely viscous stout is loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee and hide a hefty 65 IBUs underneath the smooth blanket of malt. It is made with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops.

We made this classic Cream Ale to further celebrate the joy of simple but delicious styles. It’s crisp, easy to drink, refreshing, and wonderfully balanced. A simple malt bill combined with light German hops come together to create something familiar, but unique.

Crisp, clean and sessionable, with a firm but rounded hop backbone, Alexandr is the first and original Czech-style pilsner crafted at Schilling. Authentic raw materials shine, and so will almost any beer-friendly food paired with this Czech-inspired lager.

Brewed for Bavaria's festival season, G'Suffa! is a strikingly clear golden lager modeled after those served in Munich during Oktoberfest. Bready malts and light floral hop notes define this specialty lager. Raise a glass and say it with us: "Oans, zwoa, drei, g'suffa!"
