This series is a playground for exploring new hop combinations through the plush, saturated lens of our house “Nosh” profile. This round is a New Zealand-inspired DIPA that layers multiple Nectaron harvests with NZ Cascade for lush tropical fruit, bright citrus, and a clean, modern finish. Soft and saturated without excess sweetness — a plush yet vibrant expression of our “Nosh” series. On the nose it gives Mango nectar, pineapple cream, passionfruit, and orange sherbet with accents of lime zest and peach candy. The sip brings bright tropical fruit layers with juicy mango and sweet citrus up front, mellowed by a creamy mid-palate and crisp lime finish. Soft bitterness balances the lush fruit profile for easy drinkability.

One of our most aggressive and sought-after offerings. Bold bourbon, tobacco and espresso aromas and a hint of American oak greet the nose. Rich, chewy roasted malts, charred oak and bourbon-like vanilla fill the palate and create a seamless finish. Hanse is an unfiltered ("Keller") Pilsner. Straw-gold in color, crisp and clean-finishing with assertive hop bitterness. Noble hops are present on the palate. 2018 RateBeer Gold Medal pale lager.

The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. Originally brewed in celebration of the first anniversary of Row 34, our favorite Fort Point oyster bar and craft-beer purveyor, Vicinity highlights a neighborhood collaboration of passion and vision. The beer's appearance is a yellow straw-color, with a significant haze. Heavy citrus aromas of pineapple, orange flesh and mango dance on the nose and palate. The pilsner malt provides a medium body and wraps up each sip with a slight balancing bitterness.

Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. Double Dry-Hopped Hazy Double IPA with Mosaic, Motueka, & Simcoe hops

In collaboration with our amigos for SOMA Beer!! This triple dry hopped imperial hazy IPA was hopped with Nectaron, Riwaka, and Citra cryo.

Hopped with Anchovy, Citra and Dolcita. Flavors of Caramelized pineapple, candied orange and citrus with soft notes of coconut and vanilla. This double IPA is Notorious for being JUICY and if you don't know, now you know

A crisp bohemian pilsner brewed using traditional European methods. Rustic, crackery malt and light grainy sweetness is countered with herbal, gently-spicy Saaz hops. Clean, rounded & refreshing.

West Coast IPA

Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. Ale Malt contributes aroma hints of biscuit and caramel. Refreshing and clean taste with sweet/malty notes from the ale malt, and hints of roast/coffee from the roasted barley.

With a wonderful floral aroma, well-balanced malt sweetness, crisp hop bitterness, and a soft dry finish.

Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.
