The Red Wing Red Ale is considered to be an American Amber Ale. Lightly hopped, it highlights the caramel malts used in the brewing process. This red ale is a local classic brewed for the Rochester Red Wings, the Triple A affiliate of the Washington Nationals. Crisp and refreshing, it is a staple to a home ball game.

Pivo is the beer that helped kick the doors down and liberate American pilsner from the clutches of industrial beer. IPA - Mosaic, Idaho 7, El Dorado

Brewed in collaboration with Fidens Brewing Company and absolutely dripping in Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and El Dorado hops. Expect waves of fresh-squeezed pineapple juice, ripe mango, and a pop of bright grapefruit zest.

Originally released during our Green City Festival, this Imperial IPA was one of our early recipes containing Riwaka, one of our favorite New Zealand hops. Collaboration with Trillium Brewing Company, Equilibrium Brewery, Vitamin Sea Brewing

Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.

This is a testament to the hard work of our past few years and a reflection on our nomadic roots. We’ve developed an IPA that we truly believe represents Grow. Experimental yet classic at the same time. We’ve hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka, and Alora to forge classic grapefruit, pineapple, and American hop makeup and meld them with southern hemisphere, yuzu, white grape, and juice. Approachable and balanced, our new year-round hazy radiates with tropical intensity, finishes slightly dank, and reminds us all to make the room for what’s next.

Fort Point balances light, crisp, malt character with an abundance of hop-derived aromatics and flavors from the use of Citra and Columbus. The fragrant nose is fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and peach. Bold flavors of pineapple and mango mix with dank notes of zesty citrus and fresh pine needles. With the smooth mouthfeel, gentle bitterness, and dry finish, Fort Point is our standard daily-drinker.

Brewed with Mosaic, Citrus, Riwaka and Rakau. Soft on the pallet like a classic piano riff. Followed by a hop punch like raspy vocals and finishing with a catchy chorus that makes us all smile and reminds us to stay centered.

Pounded with hops at every step of the brewing process, this hazy DIPA is loaded with an ungodly amount of Citra, Nelson, Riwaka, and Nectaron Cryo. Bursting with notes of guava slushies, pink grapefruit kush, and mango marshmallow, it’s lush, juicy, and unapologetically indulgent. Confess your thirst to us.

Double Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA with Galaxy, Citra, & Nelson Hops

Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. Ale Malt contributes aroma hints of biscuit and caramel. Refreshing and clean taste with sweet/malty notes from the ale malt, and hints of roast/coffee from the roasted barley.

With a wonderful floral aroma, well-balanced malt sweetness, crisp hop bitterness, and a soft dry finish.

A throwback to the original Vienna lager recipes of the 1840s, our take - a markedly paler version than many modern examples - showcases the classic Vienna malt. Volksgarten is characterized by aromas of honey and biscuit, subtle toasted almond character on the tongue, and a complimentary spicy herbal hop note from the Czech Saaz.

No not the buttons! Not My Gumdrop Buttons! Built with a blend of holiday spices, creamy sweetness, and deep, dessert-like malt character, this Imperial Gingerbread Milk Stout tastes like gingerbread cookies dipped in rich stout. Sweet, warming, and unapologetically festive. (Contains lactose.)
