Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruits are accentuated with moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.

Awake is brimming with rich, roasted coffee aromas and bold, invigorating flavors of baker's chocolate and mocha. This smooth-sipping porter is a beloved pick-me-up for our coffee-loving community.

Smells of freshly picked hops and earth spices. Expressive Lupulin indeed! It's very thick with fresh, sticky hop flavors. Citrus and husky earth, spiced citrus and melony cloves.

This crisp and clean beer is fermented with lager yeast and brewed with NYS Pilsner Barley. NY Cascade hops were used to give this beer a citrus character and balance.

A bright, easy-drinking blonde ale brewed with locally roasted Batch Coffee Primary Light Roast. Smooth malt character meets fresh coffee aromatics, delivering notes of toasted grain, light chocolate, and gentle roast without heavy bitterness.

Hazy Double India Pale Ale

Traditional German Wheat beer with expressive yeast that creates a light and fruity ale with notes of banana and clove.

Mega bright citrus pop with smooth undertones of melon and papaya. Whirlpooled with Idaho 7, Citra, and Strata. Double dry hopped with Citra, Strata, and Kelly Cascade.

West Coast-Style IPA featuring a blend of Mosaic & Simcoe hops.

The Red Wing Red Ale is considered to be an American Amber Ale. Lightly hopped, it highlights the caramel malts used in the brewing process. This red ale is a local classic brewed for the Rochester Red Wings, the Triple A affiliate of the Washington Nationals. Crisp and refreshing, it is a staple to a home ball game.

This is a testament to the hard work of our past few years and a reflection on our nomadic roots. We’ve developed an IPA that we truly believe represents Grow. Experimental yet classic at the same time. We’ve hand-selected Citra, Mosaic, Riwaka, and Alora to forge classic grapefruit, pineapple, and American hop makeup and meld them with southern hemisphere, yuzu, white grape, and juice. Approachable and balanced, our new year-round hazy radiates with tropical intensity, finishes slightly dank, and reminds us all to make the room for what’s next.

Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. Ale Malt contributes aroma hints of biscuit and caramel. Refreshing and clean taste with sweet/malty notes from the ale malt, and hints of roast/coffee from the roasted barley.

With a wonderful floral aroma, well-balanced malt sweetness, crisp hop bitterness, and a soft dry finish.

Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.
