Two Lights is an ode to two of the more refreshing drinks of summer: cold beer and sparkling wine. While brewing this beer, we add sauvignon blanc must—the freshly pressed juice of the grapes. Then we ferment it with both lager and champagne yeast to create a tart, crisp, and dry profile. The finished beer’s aromas of pear, grape, and light hops pair with a flavor profile that’s a mix of tropical fruit and the snappy spritz of a freshly picked grape. We suggest sipping Two Lights by a water source too large to see across.

This Munich-style dark lager is brewed and fermented with traditional Bavarian ingredients and techniques, creating robust malt notes of caramel and chocolate with a smooth mouthfeel finish.

For this series the canvas we will use to paint on will be West Coast Pilsner. This style combines the crispness and drinkability of a German Pilsner with the bold, citrusy, and often tropical hop character of West Coast IPA. For us the hot side hops will remain noble but the dry hop will focus on New World varietals. This particular batch features Citra and Motueka hops. Gearing up to take over your summer coolers. Big plucker was the meanest family rooster we had. Come to think of it, we should have dumped his butt on the streets of Ybor (we didn’t). Big Pluckin’ Pils is a Pilsner malt showcase with a pillowy, white head. The firm dosage of Noble hops create a thirst quenching beer with a crisp finish that’ll make you crow.

With a wonderful floral aroma, well-balanced malt sweetness, crisp hop bitterness, and a soft dry finish.

Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. Ale Malt contributes aroma hints of biscuit and caramel. Refreshing and clean taste with sweet/malty notes from the ale malt, and hints of roast/coffee from the roasted barley.

Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously.
