Big plucker was the meanest family rooster we had. Come to think of it, we should have dumped his butt on the streets of Ybor (we didn’t). Big Pluckin’ Pils is a Pilsner malt showcase with a pillowy, white head. The firm dosage of Noble hops create a thirst quenching beer with a crisp finish that’ll make you crow.

We took our Jasper recipe, a DIPA using Citra throughout the entire process, and added Nelson to accompany Citra in the dry hop.

Downright® Pilsner is a deep golden color and medium bodied, with a soft round malt profile and crisp and spicy hop character on the finish. This lager is brewed in the traditional Pilsner style, using authentic Pilsner malt and noble Saaz hops. The beer carbonates completely naturally as it lagers in our fermentation tanks for six weeks. This one pours a light golden amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing down the glass. Smells like delicious nutty and bready malt, with some slight grassy and floral hop aroma.

Meet Pulpy, he's a friend of ours and he loves juicy IPAS. This one happens to be his favorite. Triple dry hopped with a combination of mosaic, citra, and Eldorado hops. And no there is no pulp in this beer

Full-bodied, hazy double IPA Citra-hopped for a juicy combination of mango, orange, and pineapple flavors. Finishes with a grapefruit aroma and ferocious bite.

Low-abv pale English-style bitter. Drinks light & easy with biscuity, bready malt and subtle toffee notes in balance with earthy, resiny hops and low fruity esters. Finishes dry with some residual hop flavor.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. Ale Malt contributes aroma hints of biscuit and caramel. Refreshing and clean taste with sweet/malty notes from the ale malt, and hints of roast/coffee from the roasted barley.

Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously.
