A tribute to nature’s revival, our latest hazy NEIPA is double dry-hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, and Anchovy hops for bursts of tropical citrus, white grape, and resinous pine. Soft, juicy, and full of life-just like spring itself!

A crisp bohemian pilsner brewed using traditional European methods. Rustic, crackery malt and light grainy sweetness is countered with herbal, gently-spicy Saaz hops. Clean, rounded & refreshing.

This India Pale Ale infused with terpenes pours a radiant golden hue with a subtle haze, hinting at its bold character. The aroma bursts with dank, resinous notes, blending vibrant pine and zesty citrus for an irresistibly fresh bouquet. Lively carbonation enhances its crisp, refreshing profile, while a balanced medium bitterness lingers just enough to keep you coming back for another sip.

A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

Glitter shines brighter in the dark. Giddy up for this french toast flavor frenzy, complete with alluring chocolate and spiced cinnamon. A beautifully dark take on the original “Unicorn Farts”collaboration between DuClaw Brewing Co. & DiabloDoughnuts, now brewed as a dessert stout with chocolatey, cinnamon cereal and gold edible glitter.

We worked with Town Brewing, RahrBSG, and Yakima Chief hops to perfect the age-old question of how to stuff even more Cactus Head flavours (White Grape, and Nelson Sauvin hops) into beer, and the only answer was MORE. And that’s exactly what we did: we upped the white grape load and the hops skewed towards even more of those bright New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc flavours we know and love. Included in this recipe is a healthy dose of a great new grain now on the North American Brewing scene: Fonio. Fonio is a gluten-free grain from the millet family and has been a staple in West African cuisine for over 5000 years

This IPA is both brewed and dry hopped with nothing but Citra hops... that's it... all Citra, all day. And that's what gives you the big, mango, papaya, and citrus taste that makes tongues celebrate and lines of beer fans form up just to sample this beauty.

This Irish-Style Ale is brewed with malted wheat, honey malt, and aromatic malt from Europe creating medium-bodied, creamy, and semi-sweet finish. English EKG and Fuggle hops contribute floral and slightly sweet characteristics.

Together, We Make Rochester Stronger! When the Coronavirus hit, John Urlaub of Rohrbach’s and Dan Nothnagle from Three Heads called each other to try and and do something positive for the Rochester Beer Community. The result is a creative collaboration made by the brewers of each firm and combines elements of Space Kitty with the Kind IPA and the Too Kind Double IPA. Hazy India Pale Ale with Krush Hops

Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.

This intensely hopped and gushing undead Pale Ale will be one’s only respite after the zombie apocalypse.

Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. Ale Malt contributes aroma hints of biscuit and caramel. Refreshing and clean taste with sweet/malty notes from the ale malt, and hints of roast/coffee from the roasted barley.

Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously.
